We offer a 7-day refund window on any purchased title. To request a refund, sign in and visit your Orders page within 7 days of purchase, or email hello@softspinepress.com with your order reference. When refunded: - Your access to the title is removed from your library - The full purchase amount is returned via the original payment method - Processing takes 3-5 business days to appear on your statement
