Refund policy

Every Soft Spine Press title is a digital download, delivered instantly and personally watermarked for you. Because of this, we don't offer refunds for change of mind — including if you've chosen the wrong title, bought something twice by mistake, or simply didn't enjoy the read. Please use the free preview pages before you buy. If something is wrong with your file: if a download is faulty, won't open, or isn't what was described, email hello@softspinepress.com with your order reference (e.g. ord_…). We'll fix it or send a replacement first, and where we can't, we'll provide the remedy required under the Australian Consumer Law. Charge disputes: please email us before raising a chargeback — we can almost always sort out a download problem the same day. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
